Yngwie Malmsteen is the  world-renowned Swedish guitarist, songwriter, composer, and bandleader, celebrated for pioneering the neoclassical style of heavy metal guitar in the 1980s. Across a career spanning more than 40 years, he has released 20 studio albums and influenced generations of players with his virtuosic technique.
